To participate in bidding on Zap99.in, you need to first register an account on our platform. Once registered, you can browse available auctions and place your bids on items you wish to own. Make sure to read the bidding rules and guidelines before participating.

We advise you to be over 18 years of age however if you are under 18 and wish to participate in auction, you need to obtain the NOC from your guardian / parent in writing. Check faq no.2 to know how to submit the NOC to our legal team.

Our platform supports multiple options. You can login using Facebook & Google credentials. Or you can also create account by registering from Signup option present on the Login page. You need to have valid email id and Indian Mobile number inorder to create your account. We will verify your mobile number using One Time Password. Only when your mobile number is verified, you will be able to purchase bid credits and participate in any auctions.

Thought our platform is fully compliant with security protocols, however if you are still not able to create account, you could wait for half an hour and then try creating your account again. If the problem still persists, you can call us, email us and our team shall be able to assist you in creating the account.

On creating a fresh account you shall receive free credits in order to do some trial runs so that you can quickly learn the bidding process and purchase credits only when you are fully satisfied. Once you have made up your mind in participating, you need to select the bid by clicking on its image or name of the bid. This will take you to details page of the items listed in that auctions. We suggest you to read the description of the product provided in the description box which has all detailed terms and conditions related to that particular product.

There is absolutely no limit on the number of bids that a user / participant can place. He/she is free to put in any number of bids. The format of placing the bid is Rs. XX.yy, i.e. two places after the decimal. It is important to follow the format. Suppose you want to place a bid of 1 paise, you will have to write it as 0.01, and if you wish to put the bid value as Rs. 100 and 25 paise, you need to place the bid by entering 100.25 . If there is an error in using the format, system will show you the error instantly.

Zap99.in is the bidding platform (also available an option to directly purchase products without getting into bidding at all) which works on Lowest and Unique Bid system. Here the participants have to bid the value which they consider is the lowest bid. However just being lower will not be sufficient, in order to successfully participate and win, the user needs to ensure that their bid remains lowest of all the bids placed for the product and remains unique till the time of closing of the auction. For e.g. If 5 players are participating in a bid of the product MotorCycle namely Ram, asif, Venkat, Godbole and Patrick this is how the system will declare the winner out of 5. If you are declared as a winner, you will receive notification through email and SMS. You need to follow the claim process as outlined in your dashboard and provide necessary documentation to claim your winning product.

The shipping charges are charges by our logistics partner to securely deliver the products at your doorstep. Each shipped item will have shipped using one of the best shipping/courier and logistics company. Each product will also be insured with the best General insurance company to ensure if any damages happened, you get the full replacement free of cost by our insurance partner. The insurance company will perform their own third party due diligence before releasing the final claims by the winner. This additional insurance cost shall be borne by Zap99.in for the safety and security of the products.

The delivery time depends on the product type and your location. Generally, products are delivered within 7-15 business days from the date of claim verification. You will receive tracking information once the product is shipped.

As a winner, you need to complete identity verification, provide shipping address, and submit any required documentation as specified in the terms and conditions of the specific auction.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery. You can also coordinate with them to schedule a convenient delivery time or arrange for pickup from their local office.
