2. Description of Service

Zap 99 provides an online platform for math puzzles where users can:

  • Purchase game packs containing 5 math puzzles each
  • Play and solve mathematical puzzles
  • Earn coupons based on performance
  • Redeem earned coupons for products in our online store

3. Game Pack Pricing and Contents

Standard Pack: Rs. 495 for 5 math puzzles

Reward Structure:

  • Win All 5 Puzzles: User receives 5 coupons worth Rs. 1000 each (total Rs. 5000)
  • Fail Any Puzzle: User receives 1 coupon worth Rs. 500

4. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
  • Have a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  3. Keep your password secure and confidential
  4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Methods

7. Coupon Issuance and Redemption

7.1 Coupon Eligibility

Coupons will only be issued after completing the full set of puzzles in a game pack (5 puzzles per Rs. 495 pack).

7.2 Coupon Types

  • Rs. 1000 Coupon: Issued for each winning puzzle when all 5 puzzles are solved correctly
  • Rs. 500 Coupon: Consolation prize issued if any puzzle is failed

7.3 Redemption

Coupons can be redeemed exclusively on our online ecommerce store for products listed on our platform.

7.4 Validity

All coupons have lifetime validity and do not expire.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to cheat, hack, or manipulate the puzzle systems
  • Share or distribute puzzle answers
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including puzzles, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Zap 99 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
